Getting ready to purchase a Glue tab lifter, does anyone have a preference, far as maker? who's is best & why? Do you have one you don't like? why do you not like it? Do you have one to sell?

Hello Kacy,i got myself a wurth gluetab  puller a couple of months ago, which i like very much i find it gives a good feel for the metal moving.I havn't tried any of the others so i can't compare. The one draw back i find is you have to be careful the feet don't leave pressure dents.

Hi kacey,

i also like the wurth puller but i mainly use the slide hammer i have the little tab puller but as darren says you have to be carefull but the only problem i had with it, it marks the paint work if not to carefull i try and make sure the feet are clean of dirt but it makes no difference so for me slide hammers the best were possible.

I have the Wurth Mini lifter, I also have a cheaper version which is the one I use the most as I cannot stand the floppy feet on the Wurth one. On top of that I have a slide hammer and a Dman lifter. The one I use the most is the cheaper mini lifter, just seems to work for me, never had much of a problem with marks left by the feet, that said if you are trying to lift say a swage line then you will have to be aware that the surrounding area is not as hard, in this instance the slide hammer is maybe better.
